Skagit Habitat for Humanity is in need: We are seeking a small automatic pickup truck (V6 or 4-cylinder) to be used for transporting construction materials. Please stop by The Store, located at 1022 Riverside Drive in Mount Vernon, or call 360-428-9402 if you would like to donate one. Remember, your donation is fully tax deductible!

Skagit Habitat for Humanity needs your broken, your rusty, your old hand tools-- you know, the ones you've been meaning to throw away for years. We are starting a tool repair and refurbishment project in the Store in Mount Vernon, and we need tools, heads, handles and so on. No power tools just now--we are starting with hand tools such as rakes, hammers, files, and other smaller tools. We'll get them looking like new and sell them in the Store. Just bring your donations by the Store between 10 AM and 6 PM Monday through Saturday, and place them in the tub inside the Store.
