Kendall Court – Mount Vernon

4 Affordable Homes in Mount Vernon

In 2024, Skagit Habitat for Humanity partnered with four more families to help build and buy an affordable home in Mount Vernon at the corner of Laventure and Blackburn Roads.

This development marked a major milestone for the organization. Historically, Skagit Habitat built 1-2 homes each year, making this project a significant step forward as our organization doubled its annual impact and the number of families served.

We want to thank all the generous donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and community partners for making this possible.
