We are so excited to announce our annual Raise the Roof Gala & Benefit Auction on Saturday, April 18th at the Swinomish Casino & Lodge! Join us for dinner, drinks, live entertainment, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes and more – all while supporting more affordable homeownership opportunities in Skagit County.
You don’t want to miss this! From testing your luck at the Habitat Spin-to-Win to listening to the sweet live sounds of the Skagit Symphony to bidding on exciting auction items, Raise the Roof is always a fun event that brings our community together in support of affordable homeownership.
The event will be Venetian carnival-themed, so we encourage guests to dress to theme and wear a mask! (However, there is no formal dress code, so please don’t let a costume stop you from attending.)
Raising the Roof on More Permanently Affordable Homes
Raise the Roof is a key annual fundraiser, helping Skagit Habitat purchase essential building materials and build more permanently affordable homes in Skagit County.
This year, we’re raising funds to finish our 3-home project in La Conner and begin our next 4-home project in Burlington, helping more local families achieve strength, security, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.
Last year, our incredible community raised $90,000 at Raise the Roof, supporting our 8-home project in Anacortes. Parkside Cottages is now COMPLETE, and we are so thankful to everyone who helped make this possible!

There are so many ways to get involved with Raise the Roof 2026:
- Purchase tickets. You can buy both individual tickets and a table for ten guests!
- Become a Sponsor. Join our growing list of sponsors and advertise your business, all while making a difference in your community.
- Donate Auction Item(s). We still need silent and live auction items!
- Volunteer with Us. Grab a friend, enjoy a free meal, and help ensure the Gala is a huge success!
