On Saturday, April 18th , our incredible community gathered to raise $65,000 towards our next 3-home project in La Conner: Caledonia Cottages. We are blown away by the support of our sponsors, donors, guests, and volunteers: thank you! Because of YOU, we’re helping 3 more local families achieve strength, security, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

The evening was packed with energy and generosity! Guests bid in the silent auction, tested their luck with raffles and the Spin-to-Win, and rallied together during an exciting live auction and Dessert Dash. While the event was filled with laughter and fun, what stood out was a shared commitment to expanding access to affordable homeownership.

Your Generosity is Changing Lives

One of the most powerful moments of the evening was this Impact Video, sharing EJ’s journey to affordable homeownership. Soon, EJ will purchase her very own Habitat home at Parkside Cottages in Anacortes, a huge milestone made possible by supporters like you.

Last year, we built eight more affordable homes in Anacortes at Parkside Cottages. This year, we’re continuing that momentum in La Conner, where three families—Rocio’s, Steven and Steffanie’s, and Tarra’s—are preparing to build and buy their new homes at Caledonia Cottages.
